The use of checklists and paper forms caused a lot of manual work and time spent on administration, so R3 wanted a tool that enabled them to work more efficiently and avoid spending time reworking paper forms.
R3 has now implemented a time saving and process optimization solution with Zegeba and Xledger in combination. They have gained increased control and overview. The workers get assigned work tasks automatically when Orders and tasks get created by the project manager in Xledger. After completion of the digital reporting in the Zegeba App, the data, work report, and invoice lines are sent back to Xledger for approval and invoicing.
